After breakfast drive to Dalhousie, a famous hill station in Himachal famous for snow-capped mountains. On arrival at Dalhousie, check into your hotel, the evening is free for leisure activities. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
The morning after breakfast at the hotel drive to visit Khajjiar at 6400 feet from sea level it is a Mini Switzerland of India with a forest glade of great beauty. The lush green meadows are surrounded by thick pine and cedar forests. Grazing herds of sheep, goats, and other milch cattle present perfect pastoral scenery. There is a small lake in the center of the saucer-shaped meadow which has in it a floating island. Much of the lake has degenerated into slush because of heavy silting during rains. Evening drive back to the hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.
